Sickness Procedure

If you are unable to come to work please inform 1201 and if possible the consultant you would have been doing the list with.

You also need to contact the Anaesthetic secretary, Mrs Aileen Dowden.

Let us know when you think you will be able to return to work.

Any short term sickness needs to be covered internally i.e. within 48 hours.
